Olfactory notes
Palo Santo’s top notes begin with elemi, myrrh, and geranium. Elemi, with its citrusy and resinous notes, opens the fragrance with a luminous, exotic touch. Myrrh, intense and slightly vanilla-flavored, brings a mystical depth, while geranium offers a slightly spicy floral contrast that awakens the senses.
At the heart of the fragrance, cedar, clove, and tonka bean form a powerful and warming trio. Cedar, with its woody and earthy strength, anchors the heart in a sense of stability and comfort. Clove brings a spicy warmth that stimulates and warms, while tonka bean diffuses its sweet and rich notes, reminiscent of caramel and tobacco, for an enveloping sensation.
The base is a rich combination of sandalwood, amber, and musk. Sandalwood, renowned for its meditative and relaxing properties, offers a woody sweetness that prolongs the fragrance’s serenity. Amber, with its resinous and captivating warmth, and musk, providing a soft and sensual base, finish the fragrance on a deep and lingering note.
